We have had several instances of students attempting to open their course assignment and syllabus in Moodle. When they click on the link a message pops up stating the document could not be saved or downloaded. There is a ticket in on this. If the student logs into the Windows OS they will be able to open the documents without issue
There are issues with USB drive connectivity on the student use computers. If a patron reports that their USB drive is not showing up on their computer, this can be fixed by having them unplug it and then plug it back in in the same port or a different one. In some cases just jiggling the drive has worked. There appears to be a problem with the connectors in the jacks most likely from massive usage.
