Printer 2 stopped printing and was displaying an error message “Low Heat Error” This is most likely due to a problem with the fuser. A ticket is in with CTS. The queue for that printer has been set to reject jobs and the printer is off.
The labmap is not currently displaying correctly. CTS will be notified of the problem
Printer 4 (crbstd-4) is making a loud squealing noise that seems to be coming from the output rollers above the fuser. I have put in a ticket, set the queue to reject jobs and put an out of order sign on it until the rollers can be replaced
Science Direct has resolved the issues that they were having with their site. It is now accessible. Patrick
Science Direct is currently having trouble at the moment and the database is not available. They are currently working on the issue and trying to understand the problem. There is not an estimated time in which it will be back up and running. Patrick
The printing maintenance is complete however the Windows printing issue is ongoing. CTS is currently working on it and should have it fixed soon
Printing can only be done from the Mac OS right now due to the ongoing maintenance
The print only stations have been reconfigured and are up and running
