The color printer (crbrefcl) has a damaged fuser. A ticket is in with CTS and the queue is set to reject jobs. There is a computer lab in Satterlee Hall and the Alpine lab in Flagg Hall
Printer 4 appears to have finally reset after numerous shut downs. As of right now it is functioning properly so I have set it to accept jobs again and I will update CTS.
There seems to be a bad job stuck in the printer memory of printer #4. I have it set to reject jobs and it is in the process of cancelling the job from the printer memory. If this does not fix the problem shortly CTS will be consulted
All printers- office and student use- have been moved to the new Lorax server. If you are assisting someone with adding the printers to their PC laptop go to the start menu, then in the search window and type in \\lorax and hit enter. The Lorax server window will open then proceed with the install as before
