The Dell Tech was unable to fix the printer. Dell will be shipping a replacement printer that should be here in a couple of days
Printer #3 is still at CTS they are awaiting a replacement fuser for it.
The Zeta Scanner has been returned and is functional. The weights attached to the top of the hood are a temporary fix and must stay there for now. There will be a more permanent solution coming
The ZETA scanner has been sent to Maryland for repair, I should have an update later this week
Printer 3 has a damaged fuser and continuously jams in the output roller. A ticket has been submitted and CTS has picked up the printer for repair
The problem has been corrected and they are functioning correctly
I was able to stop the process in printers 1 & 3, I am attempting to correct it in printer 4.
Printers 3 and 4 repeatedly initialize. THey do print but periodically the initialization interrujpts it momentarily. I have been unable to stop it so I notified CTS and asked them to look into the server for a bad print job.
Due to the problems the scanner was experiencing, the company has taken the unit back for troubleshooting and repair. They will keep me apprised of all progress and get it back to us as soon as possible. As always the flatbed scanner station is available
