CTS tested printer 4 and after running numerous pages thru the printer without a jam they brought it back
Printer 4 has been taken to the CTS Helpdesk for the Dell tech to repair it.
The MPF tray is the Manual Paper Feed tray that folds down on the front of the printer. It is generally used for printing on envelopes on on specialty paper. If someone has selected it, press Cancel on the printer and try to ask the people around the printer if it was them. If you locate the person let them know they need to re-print their job making sure ithe print window does not have MPF selected. (This will not charge them extra pages on their quota.
Dell is sending a Tech this afternoon to look at Printer 3 which is over at CTS. At that time CTS will come and pick up printer 4 to take to the CTS Helpdesk for the Dell Tech to repair.
Printer 4 needs to have the feed rollers replaced in tray 1. There is a ticket in with CTS so until it is fixed DO NOT put paper in tray 1, just fill tray 2 otherwise the rollers in tray 1 cause a paper jam
Printer 2- CRBSTD-2 is now working. Printer 3 (CRBSTD-3) is out of order due to constant jamming in the fuser. There is a ticket in on it
The following message was sent to me concerning SPSS on the windows side- I need to access the IBM SPSS Software available on the Windows Operating system on the computers for a class. However when I attempt to open the program it freezes and states that it connect to the licensing server. This is the error message I keep receiving. “>Error # 2070 The application is unable to communicate properly with the license server. The license server may be down, or there may be other network-related communication or DNS issues interfering. This command is not executed. Execution of this command stops. Specific symptom number: 5 CTS is aware and a ticket is in. If anyone attempts to use SPSS, they will encounter this problem. Once CTS has fixed it I will notify everyone
