Although the problem has been fixed for the majority of the computers there is still a handful that are still having an issue. CTS wants to look at these individually so they need decal numbers. I have the decals for the 2 computers directly to the right of the printers and the 2 print only stations that are having this problem. If anyone reports this issue at any computers other than the 4 I mentioned please get the decal number off the back of the computer and email it to me right away. I will add it to the list for the ticket.
Printer number 2 has been set to reject jobs and placed out of order. CTS has been notified. This is due to the need for the imaging unit which is on order and will hopefully be in today or tomorrow
The email log in problem seems to be fixed
There is an issue with Email and the calendar preventing people from logging in. CTS is aware and is working on it
The E-mail feature on the ZETA scanner is now fixed and functioning correctly

The systems will be unavailable from 7:00pm-10:pm tonight (Tuesday Oct 11) and Thursday Oct 13.
There is currently a wi-fi issue in several buildings across campus including this one. There is a ticket in with CTS and they are looking into it. There is no time estimate for having it fixed other than asap.
You will notice the color printer says “Prepare the fuser”. I am dealing with CTS on this however it does not seem to affect printing to the color printer in any way right now so it should be fine until we figure out the issue.
