Printing from the Mac side seemed to be fixed. If you have anyone who is having an issue email me the decal # of the computer and what they were trying to print and some brief details about what was attempted. ALSO**** Read the CTS blog posting about Office 2019****
Printer 1 frequently has been displaying a message that the toner needs to be reinserted and some other text. I am consulting with CTS on this but for now just open the front of the printer, pull the toner out, and then put it back in and close the printer door. It is infrequent but did happen 2 times yesterday and once this morning.
There is a microsfot update that is downloading. It is taking a while but there is nothing we can do but let it finish. CTS is aware but these updates are sent out by Microsoft and are not controlled by CTS so they can’t stop them
The problem with printing from the Mac OS has been fixed
CTS is working on this issue but as of right now you cannot log into Office365/Outlook- this includes Outlook, Calendar, Onedrive. CTS believes this to be an internal issue as anyone off campus can connect to it and if you are on a mobile device and turn off your wifi and connect via a cellular signal you can log in.

There seems to be an issue with logging into the Windows side so people must log into the Mac side. CTS is aware and working on it
