Due to a continuing issue with printing online documents (Documents in moodle, google docs, word docs opened in the online version of word) please have users download the document to the desktop and then open it from there. Once they do that they can print with no problems.
The color printer is displaying that it needs the Cyan Drum Cartridge replaced. I will have replacements within a day or so. Please remember the color Drum Cartridges are NOT the same as the color toner cartridges so don’t replace those unless it says toner.
